Worst Quarterback To Win An SEC Title?

As a newbie, I'm not as up on SEC history as most are around here.
So the question is, who is the worst / most mediocre quarterback to captain a team to an SEC title?
As a rule in college and pro football, you're only as good as your quarterback.
Can a team hide their quarterback and still win the league?

You keep Lee's name out of this! They didnt even let him stand with the team on the stage. Im pretty sure he ran to the locker rooms with UGA
