Wisconsin is Top 10 with a win over LSU and a good win over a good Mich St team.

At LSU, his boss is fired a month into the season, but he did pick up the title of Asst to the Interim Head Coach.

Wonder if he would do it again or stay in Wiscy?

Well he got a lot of money in the process.

Wisconsin still gets to play 3 more tough games that'll likely result in 2 losses.

He doubled his salary and should not be blamed for the ills of the offense.

He gets consistent top 5 recruiting classes and can only go up from here.. he's at a top 15 program and in the process, made more money.. I think he's fine with his decision.. we lost to AU so clearly we have been terrible thus far.. MSU is overrated as always. Wisconsin is shite, just wait till they play OSU and Michigan..

And a well-written contract as well. His defense has given up 4 touchdowns in 4 games. If he left LSU today he'd have another top-paying gig tomorrow. Other than him personally thinking a lot of Coach Miles, Aranda is in a good place, business-wise.

Aranda didn't have the Miles clause in his contract, so he is sitting pretty. I would expect whomever the new HC to be to try to retain him after the season. I would imagine a few of the assistants will stay put if possible.

You left out the part where he was outcoached by the guy LSU ran off just to hire him, resulting in his new boss getting fired.

in addition to the money and all, I'm sure having Key there makes him feel pretty excited.

He's probably thinking, "Damn, with this talent....this job is easy. Just how fricking bad are John Chavis and Kevin Steel?"

I thought defense goes against the offense in football. Damn, you learn something new everyday.

So Steele is the reason we lost? Could have sworn it was our putrid offense. Why did we let Steele go? He's clearly a defensive mastermind to contain this LSU offense.

Trying to remember how many touchdowns LSU gave up to AU. Seems to me the defense did their job while the offense (yet again) can't do their job

He's thinking he can't wait for Tom Herman, his roommate at Cal-Lutheran, to come aboard

Aranda was never at Texas Lutheran.

They both went to Cal Lutheran where they may or may not have lived together for 20 minutes

quote:

"He (Aranda) was actually my roommate in college for a semester," Herman said Monday. "Actually, maybe I just slept on his couch a bunch of weeks in a row and that counted as roommates."
