South Carolina (22-0, 10-0) getting ready to play No. 1 UConn tonight in Columbia. First of all, good luck Gamecocks.

Mississippi State (21-4, 8-3) avenged one of their losses by defeating Missouri Sunday - MSU faces A&M and Kentucky this week, and finishes with three of the worst four teams in the league.

Florida (19-4, 7-3) is poised for a first round bye in the SEC Tournament. They lose all tiebreakers with MSU and still have to play South Carolina. However, their remaining schedule is very favorable.

The battle for fourth place is a good one. A&M currently holds a half game lead over Georgia and Auburn, and Tennessee is a game back.

Nine SEC teams are projected in the NCAA Tournament, obviously led by South Carolina (No. 1 seed) and Mississippi State (No. 3 seed).

Texas A&M (No. 4 seed) is currently projected as a host. Florida is the No. 5 seed at Michigan State, Kentucky is the No. 5 seed at Stanford.

Tennessee is the No. 6 seed at Louisville. Missouri is projected No. 7 at Texas. Georgia is the No. 8 seed at UConn and welcome Auburn to the fold - the No. 11 seed at Florida State.

Vanderbilt is among the first four out.

Arkansas is the best 9-14 team in history. They look like an NCAA Tournament team at times, but just can't get it all together.

Alabama, Ole Miss and LSU suck.
