With Miles gone who is the new Dean of SEC Coaches?

Would it be Saban? If so, pretty cool considering a lot of people thought he would be gone from Bama within the first 5 years.

From coaching nomad to be the dean and the current longest serving coach in the SEC and all at Bama.

That is certainly impressive. I think quite a few Bama fans saw him being here may 6-7 years. Not sure anyone saw him staying at Bama and becoming the Dean. Perhaps he liked Bama and Tuscaloosa after all.

Bama has been loyal to him and it turns out he found a sense of loyalty and has been loyal to Bama in return.

I gotta say though, every time there was a "Saban to...." rumor the collective butt-holes of Bama puckered right up.

Now, we know he is going to retire at Bama then go to Lake Burton to watch ducks shite in the yard.
