Yep, you are new to the game of football.

Let me teach you how this is done.

QB goes 7 for 28. Throws two deep passes for big yards...say 150 yards.

Total stat line: 7-28, 190 yards, 1 touchdown.

Not a good game. Still fits the deep pass given up.

I think I know what your problem is. You are new to the game and think good QB play is LSU level of QB play.

Let me teach you a little something about the English language:

Saying "Wiscy - Will give up deep passes" does not automatically equal 2 deep balls. If that's what you meant, you should have said "Wiscy - Will give up a couple of deep passes".

So, once again, I'm sorry you're too dumb to realize you'd contradicted yourself. Maybe you should learn to articulate yourself so that people can actually understand what you're trying to say.

Just a thought.

Now you are just getting pissy because you are realizing you don't have a proper grasp of the game of football yet.

1) Wisky is known to throw a few deep passes a game and usually connect on one or two of them a game. Rinse and repeat every game. They almost connected on two of those deep passes against OSU in the conference title game. Why didn't they connect on them in that game? Poor WR talent.

2) Alabama needs to show they can prevent giving up deep passes this season.

If you are able to add 1 + 1 to get 2, you should be able to understand things better.

Well, saying Tony Connor has "elite physical tools", outside of his speed, seems to be quite the stretch as well. A CB with elite physical tools, even as a freshman, doesn't get abused the way he did last year. They will get beat, but not embarrassed.
you mean tony brown, and none of his mess ups last year were related to his physical skills or talent, he was just out of position as will happen with new players, especially at cb which is probably the hardest position to play as a true freshman. i would like to see some clips of what you consider him getting embarrassed.

Yes, Tony Brown.

I can provide several examples from just the last few years of true freshman playing CB and having much more success than Brown. Also, CB is not the hardest position for a freshman to adjust to.

i asked for examples where tony brown was 'embarrassed', you seem to have this vividly in your mind so it should be pretty easy to track down for you. im having trouble remembering them, despite having watched every snap hes ever played.

I'm sorry that you made it clear you don't have a solid grasp of the English language and it caused you to contradict yourself.

Sure, but saying a QB is going to get "rattled and panic" and in the same breath try to claim he's going to hit a bomb TD is ignorant.

Not quite as ignorant as your assertion that Bama is going to hit deep passes (not two as you tried to claim after, but several of them) but their QB is still going to struggle. That was a gem.

Just move on. You're making yourself look worse with each counterpoint you try to pull out of your arse.

You need to take a Football 101 course. I will even pay the tuition for you.

Sorry, but LSU QB play is not good QB play. You should spend time watching some good QB play so you know what it looks like.

A QB can easily be rattled and panic and still hit a deep pass for 65 yards.

You just don't realize that since LSU QB's struggle to complete 10 yard out patterns.

Kiffin will embarrass Steele's defense and it will probably be a blowout. BAMA will beat LSU this year by the largest margin since 21-0.

I think I'll let you keep believe he has "elite physical tools".

If you want a reference of what true "elite physical tools" look like in a freshman go watch some clips of:

Patrick Peterson
Joe Haden
Vernon Hargraves

Hell, even Jalen Mills looked better as a true freshman than Brown did.

You keep bringing up LSU's QB situation. You do realize this doesn't take away from the fact that you're two "predictions" for the QBs are ridiculous, correct?

Man two of the best corners in the NFL and a top 5 draft lock all looked good as true freshman? That's cray cray. Tony Brown sucks arse.

They seem rediculous to you because you don't have a clue what you are talking about.

Deep passes has been a staple of a Wisky offense for years and years. Not my problem you don't realize that.

Bama is bound to give up one or two deep passes in this game. They struggled at it last season and need to show they can stop it this year.

A QB can easily be rattled and still connect on a deep pass.

Like I said, I will pay your tuition for a Football 101 course. They have one at Ohio State for people just like you.

I'm not the one trying to claim Brown had all the physical tools needed as a freshman. I think it was pretty clear he does not, outside of his speed. I listed a few guys that did have elite tools as freshman, and one guy that doesn't who still played better than Brown.

I do think he will develop the tools and become a very good CB, he just wasn't there yet last year.

No, they seem ridiculous because they are a completely contradictory.

Never said they weren't. I said implying that a QB can be panicked and rattled, yet consistently blow the top off the secondary is ignorant, which is it.

They also have basic English courses at all the local community colleges in your area. Maybe you can hit one up seeing as you desperately need it.

Wisky is shaky at the LOS, and Bama is not. This won't be close.

You've coached him huh? You know for a fact it was his lack of physical tools that keep him from being all world as freshman and not anything mental?
