Wait, you honestly don't believe FSU turned down the SEC's offer? Bowden has openly admitted it numerous times.

He felt, and at the time he was right, that the easiest path to the NC was to the remain in the ACC. It's no secret, why do FSU fans deny this?

Solid facts

34-21-1 says different. They are, and will remain UF's little sister. Second Rate State always trying to catch up to big brother.

I think La Tech would be a better fit. I would give us 2 Louisiana schools and open up the North Louisiana and Southern Arkansas market.

FSU fans' sentiment upon choosing the Atlantic Coast Conference - "The SEC can kiss our A-C-C!" Enough said.

A little help to jog your memory. FSU had their chance, and personally, I hope that you get another one, but I doubt it.

Thanks for that link - I had forgotten Diddy's aversion to the SEC back then. I also liked the analogy they made that FSU would always be condsidered little brother to UF.

living in florida, i've come to realize FSU's fan base is a much better fit for the SEC than UF's is.

I don't disagree with this. Thanks for the compliment.
