Will you respect Kiffin when he's successful at Alabama?

He gets a lot of disrespect - some of it is warranted.

The question is - when he continues The Dynasty and returns us to the NCG will you show him proper respect or will all of the glory continue to fall on Saban? Clearly he's not a bad hire or we would not have taken him - the guy has been to several, very high profile schools so there must be something that they see in him.

I think Tom Lugenbarner needs to weigh in on this.

Nope, Urban Meyer wins and I still have zero respect for his smug arse.

He's left every program in worse shape than he found it in.

All of them were worse off for their association with him.

Absolutely not, the guy has proven time and time again to be a complete POS and I will continue to wish him nothing but failure.

Bama is like the O'Doyles in Billy Madison. They're about to hit that banana peel and don't even know it yet.

Kiffin has been given the opportunity to " reset" his career. Something tells me there will be no lack of effort on his part. The guy was NFL head coach at the age of 31. Is there anyone on this board who would have had the maturity to handle that type of responsibility at 31. We'll know soon enough if he has learned anything.

You guys have to get behind him. We get it. Just take the heckling in fun. He's been a joke around these parts for the better part of 4yrs. Most of the jokes came from Bama fans themselves. If he has a great offense then he will get credit but nobody is going to like him or want them on their staff.

There's a much greater chance that Alabama helps Kiffin's reputation than there is for Kiffin helping Alabama's in any manner, or significance.
