The game should be played. Probably need a SEC rule regarding how to handle this type of situation in the future.

Any ATM cards or Churches involved in LSU-Florida game cancellation?

frick, man, that cocksucker will probably write the goddamn rule himself soon after he takes Sankey's job and shortly before LSU and Louisiana get frickstarted by another major storm.

It rarely happens.

So it's okay for LSU to postpone their game with North Texas after Katrina, but we're suppose to play a game during a state wide evacuation? This game will get rescheduled, get the sand out of your vaginas.

Hasn't rained in about 4 hours, but we were telling you it would be fine while LSU fans were freaking out and demanding we play in Tiger Stadium

Students in Gainesville were outside playing spike ball during the worst part.

There is absolutely no benefit to Florida playing this game and taking a likely loss.

Some of you tools who spend all day on message boards think these games are of importance to people when billions of dollars in damage is being done to their state. It's just a game. Turn your computer off and get a hobby. Being a dork isn't a hobby. Let me guess your single too

I did not know I have fans!

I don't have an axe to grind.

I hope the game is played at some point.

The easiest thing to do would be to have a week in between the end of the regular season the SECCG with the provision neither of the SEC can schedule games that eek because it is reserved for canceled or postponed SEC games.

Why

The entire board has called LSU fans names since Tiesday, when reasonable people could see this coming.

I think everything is perfect.

Beginning of fb season and hurricane season coincide.

It happened last year w USCe. If it happens again next season that's 3 in a row.

I'd say that warrants an official policy. Why not be pro-active?

Not sure what u can do with a hurricane bearing down about to make landfall.
Only thing is postpone until Sunday tentatively and see what happens I guess. Still not sure why that wasn't at least tabled. Have had lsu come in on Saturday and all is well. If the destruction is massive then cancel.
