Why not answer the question?

What does hot have to do with anything?

ETA:

They were 6-5 prior to playing Mizzou. Hot.

Arky got all kinds of credit for blowing out LSU and Ole Miss last year. The media was still talking about at the beginning of this season.

According to the media they beat Texas in bowl game after that. Nothing happened in between......nope nothing at all.

Y'all have owned us. They are some of the most frustrating losses I've seen. That being said, we would absolutely roll you guys this year 2012 style.

They blanked LSU 17-0 and then blanked Ole Miss 30-0 in consecutive games... I don't understand how a Florida fan can be talking right now, when we have wiped our arse with you guys the last few years...

first game of the season, yes you would, by the end of the year, when we traditionally play, we are gonna be a much better team. So no, you might get another one of those "frustration games".

You want to stop me from conversing? Are you so hurt that no one bows down to Mizzou that you can't handle a little conversation?

I asked you simple questions. You said Arky was hot. That's a baseball term usually. Arky was 6-5 when they played you. What do you consider hot?

I'm told beating OM is no big deal. LSU wasn't world beaters last year. I don't understand what you are trying to prove.

Arky wasn't hot. Hot is 9-2 or 10-1. It's not 6-5.

I didn't say anything bad about Mizzou. Yankees are weird and hyper sensitive it seems. Anyway, you always have the choice of ignoring me if I'm "talking" too much.

Missouri has earned their SEC wins since joining the conference. But, they were not just an average Big12 team.

But, they did not prove the SEC was overrated either.

Let's not forget Missouri's first year in the SEC they were 2-6 in conference. There were 4 SEC East teams ranked in the final rankings that year. In 2011 there were 2, and in 2010, there was just one and so on. You have to go back to 2007 to find Tennessee ranked. That is how down the East has been the last 5-7 years.

The SEC east is nothing like it was in the years prior to them joining the conference. Florida has suffered its worst seasons since 1979. Tennessee has suffered its worse seasons since the mid-70's. Georgia has not had any difficulty with Missouri except in 2013 when Georgia went 8-5.

In 2013, Vanderbilt was 4th and South Carolina was 2nd. Georgia at 8-5 was 3rd. Only 2 ranked teams hailed from the East, and Missouri lost to the other one but still won the division while South Carolina finished ahead of Missouri nationally.

In 2014, Missouri was blown out by Georgia, which finished 2nd, and was the only other ranked team in the East. Florida was 3rd and we know how bad they were last year.

So, really, a case could be made that it has been a function of scheduling that Missouri has won the division with both South Carolina and Georgia playing more difficult west opponents in both years, and Missouri losing to each of 2nd place team in those years.

The traditional powers in the SEC East are struggling and Missouri has taken advantage of it as they should. That doesn't mean they haven't been deserving or are not a good team.

But, the real reason SEC folk have a hard time with it is because Missouri seems to always find a way to embarrass the conference with stupid losses, and because of people like Bob Stoops. Granted, a few other other SEC teams have now followed suit with stupid losses. But, during the championship era, the SEC would never lose to those teams.

For one they beat Ole Miss. Isn't this the "program is now turned around" win that your fans are thumping their chests over?

We beat Ole Miss, Arkansas, and South Carolina OOC several times during this glory run of your conference. Not our fault there weren't any others on our schedule or in our bowl games.

That's just the most recent for each school, and doesn't include repeat offenses by the same school during that period.

I am not sure what your point is. No one said you didn't. And, isn't it your conference too?

It was sarcasm. It sure didin't sound like Mizzou or A&M's conference in your original post. It sounded like we have no idea what kind of power conference we have magically been allowed to be a part of like the Big 12/8 never had national powerhouses at all in its existence.

You only proved my point. Most of those were not during the SEC's championship era, and Boise finished 12-1 in 2011.

Obviously you have me confused with someone else. I posted that you deserved to win. And, I never mentioned ATM at all. And, I said Missouri wasn't a middle of the pack of the Big 12 either.
