Lsu has never had a problem getting stud athletes, they just had a problem developing the offensive players. I don't think recruits will want to come to Lsu unless O has a great team next year. Lsu is getting laughed at now. Recruits would have stormed into Lsu with Herman/Jimbo. Lsu will fall farther away from title chances now. You get what you pay for.
If we paid up for herman/jimbo, we make the $ back

LSU will easily have a top 8 class this year. If they bring in Kiffin they could end up with a top 3 class.

Yes O is a great recruiter...not worried about that. It's all about developing once they get here with the QBs. We'll see if we can change that.

You apparently don't follow recruiting and don't know shite about Ed O. He is as good or better a recruiter than Miles. LSU will still get great talent whether he can get an offensive mind to make it translate to the field is the question.

Most recruits look pumped about the hire. Wouldn't be surprised to see Moses flip either.

You think Kiffin is getting tired of winning championships and Heismans?

They'll always have pretty good players. They won't be as good as LSU fans make them out but unless they stop signing all skill players it won't matter anyway.

See how Michigan is doing running bo' s offense. Miles just didn't go get linemen.

All I know is, as an Alabama fan, I LOVE the Orgeron hire.

No, but he's getting tired of Saban's arse chewings. His contract is up and I'm sure if the money is right (with all that's saved hiring Coach O) Kiffin will give a hard look at uniting with his buddy O

I would too if I were you. I'm not completly pissed about it. Could we have done better? Absolutely, but I'm optimistic that he will be alright with Aranda and Kiffin

Nope, but he's tired of being lil Nicks whooping boy. And an extra 600k wouldn't hurt!

Other than QB, what offensive position has LSU struggled to develop?
