I just said yes let me explain. Chad Kelly is honestly the best QB in the SEC at the moment even though he is a fricking shite. The defense will still be good and the run game can manage. They also have a lot of up and coming receivers and tight ends on their team at least to my knowledge so I think that they will do well.

To be fair, back when the Bears were consistently good they only played 10 games or less and didn't break ties. Then as the program weakened they moved to 11 and only in this century did they move to 12.

Still, that streak is hard to believe although a good portion of it meant perfection.

This was the first and perhaps last post of mine giving the Bears some slack.

I dont think they win 10 games this year. They lost a lot of ELITE talent and that schedule is like walking through a wood chipper. I'm sure they will beat a team or two that they shouldn't. Nobody should take Ole Miss lightly.

nothing to do with "not being able to run the ball"

Take that away and it's 10-2 and West champions. Again I am not saying this as ifs and buts. But saying it showing that you don't have to have a dominate run game to be "a contender"

Way to pick the 4 and 25 singular play. Not the whole game where they scored at will. Like almost every single possession. You lost to a superior team that you could not stop. The 4 and 25 wasn't some lucky play. The luck was you even got the game to that point. Ole Miss needed lucky plays before that to not get beat worse. A lot of OM fans apparently didn't watch the game. As usual. Probably left at half time of a thriller of a game to continue tailgating and socializing. Instead of supporting their team in a shootout that should have had them pumped up. I feel sorry for their team sometimes with the lack of support at their games. There's not a worse in game atmosphere anywhere. They are right on par with USM.

Talk about humiliating.

You do realize we tackled their QB to end the game but we grabbed his facemask in the process? The game was over not once but twice and they still overcame it. Your narrative is revisionist at best.

Does a 10 win regular season get you championship automatically? Just curious because I have no idea why it's such a celebrated accomplishment unless you actually win hardware

That's what programs that never accomplish it would say.
