Will LSU Ever Have an Elite QB?

It's almost as if there is an electric fence surrounding Baton Rouge which shocks any talented QB that attempts to enter the city limit
Is LSU's inability to recruit an elite QB the ultimate sign of #tDecline. How long before elite RB's & WR's also begin to look elsewhere due to a lack of talent at the most important position
Scott Rabliss (sp) was on FBaum today discussing how the talent in LSU athletic department is on the rise across all sports yet he failed to mention the travesty that is the LSU QB position

LSU has had plenty of elite QBs. We just have to wait until they get drafted to the NFL to find out which ones are which.

Sorry but Marshall ran a gimmick offense and padded his stats that way. See how UGA wanted to make him a DB and the NFL?
Statically LSU has had more, good QBs this century than Auburn.

This is a troll thread, I know but Brandon Cox was a damn good qb for us, better than Todd, even if the stats weren't mind blowing.

While it has been a pretty bad run, we did have one go #1 overall and sign a record contract. Jamarcus was elite in college. Many people consider Felipe Franks to be the best QB in the country so things could be looking up.
