This isn't LSU's, nor BYU's decision to make. It's ESPN's. The network will make the final decision if and where the game will be played.

How so? I have been watching Harvey stuff all weekend, and I know the game will most likely be affected, so I wanted to create a thread in which those who may know, or who have decent ideas could discuss.

One thing is for sure decisions will be made and executed in a timely manner with contingency for a plan B.
