Will Sumlin ever recover from having to use alcohol to cope with your fan base*?

*I actually like a lot of Ags on here, but the weird ones are REALLY weird.

Go back to TA. NFL smack doesn't belong here.

Tell that to the fanbases bragging about how many players they have in the NFL.

yawn.

I am an Auburn fan on a message board about SEC sports.

You are a texas aggie living through a former player and his NFL super bowl win.

It is sad to watch you feel this insecure.

Actually an interesting question.

I'd say Dak is the new Cam, but more likable for he actually will dive in a pile for a fumble.

Cam's still trying to adjust to the new system. He'll be back soon enough.

To answer your question, it would appear that Cam will not recover from that super bowl loss anytime soon. He laid on the ground like he was paralyzed for five minutes this last Sunday over an ankle injury. He is the largest baby in the world for another year.

And off-season shoulder surgery. He barely practiced or played before the season started.

He'll be fine.

Since 2011, Cam Newton has taken an absolute beating in the NFL. He's been hit more than any other quarterback by a long shot.

If Cam doesn't want to get hit than he should throw the ball quicker and not talk shite to the opposing defenses when he tucks it and runs it. Like dabbing and doing his Superman celebrations. Those tend to get you hit more often. The reason someone like Tom Brady doesn't get hit very often is because he throws the ball much quicker than Cam and he has learned how to step up and avoid the contact. Cam sits in the pocket like a statue and holds the ball much longer than Brady so he gets hit all the time.
