That doesn't sound like wishful thinking or anything.

Link to where I said we will beat Alabama. Until you find that, keep this nonsense where it belongs.

You know that if don't win your own division, you can still win a National Title, right? There is recent history that shows this...

You are either a complete idiot or lack comprehension. I am leaning toward idiot by the way. This is what I said.

No thanks. Our best chance to get in the playoffs (yes... very remote I know) is for Bama to win out and for us to win out. Hopefully 2 teams get in from the SEC. 90% chance of that not happening but still our best hope.

Yes... "Very Remote" and "90% chance of it not happening" are terms usually associated with someone that is delusional. Sure.

You go girl.

At some point all of you will realize that the SEC dominating the BCS for the final decade is what led to it's end. The beginning of which was selecting two SEC teams to play in the title game, even though they were the most deserving.

The playoff committee is fully aware of this. They are going to do everything they can to keep two teams from the same conference, particularly the SEC, out of the 4 team format.

Look at all the delusional Aggies who absolutely refuse to flat out say LSU winning next weekend would help them and are instead coming up with all these goofy hypotheticals that would put them in the playoff

Well, you're easy to rile up, aren't you. Don't even have to troll, just point out how illogical your thought process is.

You should think about staying off the internet for a while.

You guys need Lsu to beat us.

Too bad you didn't post this on the A&M board. We could have had a decent discussion about this. Alas... there are just too many LSU tards running around here with their own "logic".

Damn shame.

Only if you're in the SEC.

If you're in the Big 12, however, you embarrass yourself in the title game because you didn't deserve to be there.

See "Nebraska 2001" and "Oklahoma 2003" for reference.

"We want Bama to win out so our 3 score loss somehow looks better and we can make the playoffs"

It's crazy.

Sure. But that more means the SEC isn't guaranteed a spot if our champion has two losses and every other conference champion has one or less loss.

Part of the whole reason the SEC agreed to the playoff is we DO have a chance to get two teams in eventually because there is no such thing as a guaranteed spot anymore.

The committee is tasked with picking the four best teams, and if two P5 conference leaders don't look worthy due to two losses then a one loss team will jump them.

Frankly if Ohio St wouldn't have lost the loser of their game with Michigan could have tested the theory before any SEC team did.

Who will also bring money. The fact so many people think the playoff committee isn't revenue driven, like everything else in CFB, shows just how naive they are.

I'm just ready for the day of 8-team playoffs. 4 is better than 2 by a long shot but it is still insanely difficult to look at a field of what 128? and say these 4 who have 1 or 0 common opponents deserve to be in above these 1-2...i know people will say more teams will complain about getting left out of an 8 team field but if you make it 5 conf champions (or 4 if/when the big 12 dissolves) and 3(4) at large teams then, I at least, feel this will give a better representation of the scope of college football and the true champion will be settled on the field.
