Wondering how the LSU faithful will be prevented from saying there's always next year again.

Seems like they've been saying it for the past 17 years.

What do they say in Arkansas? Nevermind, I don't even want to know.

Seriously, except for about three weeks in 2011 has Arkansas even been discussed for the National Title since 1978? That's 38 years.

There are some fans who are determined that it is this year or bust but I would imagine that the majority are more realistic in that it takes more than having the best team on paper to win. I fall in the category that this is one of the best chances in a while and we have a favorable schedule with which to work with and I plan to enjoy seeing how they do. Remember, this is still a game played by a bunch of kids who are developing at their positions and this year, we are just more likely to be ahead of the curve since we didn't lose as much as some of the other teams who will be at the top. At the end of the day, regardless of how badly I want them to go all the way, how this season shakes out does not define my existence.

It's Atlanta or bust for LSU this season. There are no more excuses, they (Les) need to win the West.

If LSU doesn't win the SEC this year, it's not going to happen for a LONG time with the way things are going.

It's 100% fact of no national championship this year, LSU won't win another until Les is gone.

This is the year most LSU fans have been thinking they could maybe be in the hunt. Plus unlike the last few years most underclassmen stayed for their senior season.Still not convinced Harris has what it takes though. If Harris is decent and we have just a average passing attack LSU will be hard to beat.

Based on the breadth and extent of your response, it most certainly does.
