Why is Tebow determined to keep doing things he isn't good at doing?

His voice just isn't cut out to be an announcer. It's grating.
It's not like he has no talent, he just never has talent at the things he keeps doing. He needs a permanent career counselor or something. Here are some ideas that could make him a millionaire:
1. Compete on The Bachelor.
2. Sign a longterm deal as the spokesman for Christian Mingle dot com.
3. Team up with Kirk Cameron to make wacky religious movies like God Is Not Dead 3: Make America Pray Again.
4. Give speeches to church youth groups for the next 30 years. (okay, this one wouldn't make much money, but it's his perfect job and they would love him forever).

"Millionaire" would be the wrong term if taken literally. Just about anyone as well known as Tebow is a millionaire these days. But he is much more known than paid right now.
I think with your "99.9%" you may be unaware of how many people are sick of Tebow. He's a good guy but a lot of people wish they could go the rest of their lives without ever hearing about him anymore.

This is the second Tebow thread started by a Bama fan in 24 hours.
Maybe he is real annoying on the SECN? I still watch more actual ESPN until the baseball postseason is over.... am I missing some really bad takes by him or something?

He is not particularly bad or particularly good at his analysis. But his voice is grating. Like being a pro QB, playing baseball, etc. he has enough talent in some areas to be mediocre but it's not his real skill.
I think he's a good guy. I have absolutely no hate for Tebow, just tired of him and wish he would find a career where he fits, rather than being a weak TV sports personality who brings name recognition rather than talent to the job.

Tim Tebow's net worth is $4 million and he gets paid $1.6 million. I wish I didn't have the talent he doesn't have.

I'm indifferent towards Tebow. But, I'm pretty sure he isn't worried about the opinion of a gump posting on a message board at 5 AM.
