1) HS Talent in Texas

2) Facilities

3) Big and Loyal Fanbase

4) Money, Money, Money

They have everything in place to be a dominant CFB program.

Everything SCLibertarian said. They have too much potential to be satisfied with medicrity.

$$$ is not every thing

Maybe the need to resurrect the Bear and have a new version of the 1954 Junction Boys again to revitalize the team.

They were gassed in the 4th quarter last night.

It's time to start wondering if Texas has poorly coached defensive talent.

You could say the same about Florida before Spurrier. Now how do you view Florida?

They all run the spread. It's had to play defense on spread teams.

This one needs to stop being brought up. Texas High School football has been great at pumping out skill position players, but the trenches are a different story in recent years.

The air raid, 7-on-7 style, offense they play in the state now is killing the number of quality line players.
