why hasn't the media or NCAA done more snooping at Alabama?

I don't get it. You would think that the NY Times, Dallas Morning News, ESPN, Yahoo Sports, Miami Herald, Fox and so do more looking around? Don't papers care about Pulitzer prices anymore? I mean 60 Minutes is still around also.
You have to think that if you look hard enough you will something wrong. Alabama has been put on probation multiple times before. I don't expect the sycophantic Alabama media to do anything but if you look at what happened at Minnesota you have to know bad things like assault, pay offs, cheating, academic fraud and so on has been going on.

No program is 100 percent clean and a program that wins as much as Alabama is not 100 percent clean. In the era of 85 scholarships, equal tv money in the SEC and Big Ten and similar resources and facilities at programs from Florida to LSU to Ohio State and Michigan Alabama just hasn't been caught yet.
The local Alabama media is too afraid to look around. All it takes is for one person who's mad about something to tip the media.

Yeah but if you look at past cheating programs like Miami, Oklahoma, and USC the winning and advantages were never this large. It's unreal. If everyone is cheating then someone is clearly really, really, cheating. Why in the hell have the NCAA is someone is allowed to cheat so much more.
