Why Has UGA Underacheived in a Weaker Division?

It's one thing to discuss the talent and resources that UGA waste on a yearly basis but it's another to consider that they've squandered a chance to dominate their division.
Tennessee has been on a decade long decline and UF had Will Muschamp as the HC. Why couldn't they capitalize on playing Kentucky and Vanderbilt each year and bring home an SEC title at the least during this period?
And before the puppies rush in screaming about their record against Auburn, we've won 3 SEC championships since the last time UGA won one. We also have a NC this century. All while playing in the toughest division in sports. Something that actually benefits UGA as we are usually injured and worn down by the time the game is played in Novemeber
Why can't UGA get over the hump despite all of their advantages?

I'd argue that Muschamp was underrated, but I know better than to disagree with an Auburn fan.

He couldn't manage his offense. I expect he is closely studying Gus in preparation for his next HC position

And here we have the meat of his post.
Good Gawd but the insecurity flowing from the plains this off-season is beautiful!

Not insecurity. It's like Spurrier saying he liked playing UGA at the beginning of the season becase they usually had a few players suspended
Unfortunately for Auburn, by the time tDSOR rolls around, said players have usually served their time and are fresh for the end of the season.
Imagine if Mark Richt had any control and his star players weren't suspended each year. Their bodies probably aren't even conditioned to handle the rigors of an entire season. Bet you guys factor suspensions in your off-season training programs

Where would you rank SEC and national champions on that list? Because that's what this thread is about. Not arbitrary things that help ease your sense of failure

I don't know about you but I'd rather have great looking women than a natty. I'll never get to hold the National Champ trophy but I damn sure have held a few women

Your record last year would not have changed by joining the least. So there's that.
