Why doesn't Mizzou fit in?

I don't really consider Missouri to be in the South. Also I'm surprised by their lackluster game attendance.That said, why don't their fans get along well here on the Rant?

They're mainly just fine but have a few idiots- so basically like the rest of our fanbases.

They have been more relevant than LSU since expansion, and that upsets a lot of the locals. Also, the OL Coach, who is the best in the country, was once a GA at LSU, and that's a bit upsetting for them.

I've seen that pic here multiple times. Looks like a very angry white woman. I'm assuming it was the same protest at the time their FB players protested?
