why doesn't LSU and Georgia just trade coaches

it just makes sense.
LSU wants a coach that doesn't sound ignorant every time he speaks develop a qb and an offense to go along with their running game and defense.
Georgia wants to recruit better and wants hardware every now and then. It's a win win for both schools, fans, and coaches.
