Why doesn't Florida, Georgia and South Carolina drop their "rivalries"?

It's a response to dropping permanent cross division opponents to play everyone more.

You get to play Georgia Tech every year by laws in your State.

But you will complain if the SEC went to a 9-game conference schedule because it would put Georgia at a "disadvantage".

A bit unfair, don't you think?
