Maybe because he coaches with a lot of emotion?

Dick Vermeil cried after every win because it meant a lot to him when his team gave it all they had.

Mullen has the #1 team and is winning with a bunch of 2 and 3 star recruits who are playing with 110% effort every game.....people get emotional when their team overachieves and leaves it all on the field.

I cried when the Saints won*and I NEVER would have believed a football game would make me cry. Grinding is an emotional thing.

His relative lack of intelligence makes him unable to understand or control his emotions.

How did you find out he cried after the game? I didn't see any tiger fans there...

It is a well established fact that there is a positive correlation between the humpback/no-neck gene and the uncontrollable tear duct gene.

Mullen would be the perfect coach for auburn or lsu. His crying would be an extension of his fanbase
