Just saw the FPI and saw MSU was 6th behind 5 other SEC schools and FSU. How is this any metric that belongs in aiding anyone in determining who should be consider for the post season?

Just like their "total QBR" stat completely blows.

Can ESPN just settle for using their media pull to peddle propaganda without trying to use self made gobbledygook to support it?

That one actually seems legit taking in the remaining schedules for each team.

I think that Game Control Stat was made to make State look better. I have never seen it before this year and only after we started giving up so many points during the 4th. All about big match ups week in and week out to get viewer numbers.

Considering State and Ole Miss play eachother, one would have to lose making it a stupid espn statistic.

So should they both be zero?

I agree 32, they have given up points late to UAB, LSU, and TAM, in which they basically had the games in hand...maybe that is part of that stat. State would get my vote as N). 1

ironically I think faith is their best hope.

Notre Dame acts swiftly to maintain integrity, multiple players done for year for violating student code of conduct. Meanwhile FSU shows no intention of punishing (in)famous jameis.

spirit of touchdown jesus will punish you!

That wasnt a catfish. His teammates publically stated they met her in their dorms. Te'o knew what was going on and he had to conjure up complete BS when shite hit the fan.

ESPN does some strange things sometimes to try to direct public opinion. Why wouldn't ESPN include ND in the stat?
