Why does Aggie Love Alabama?

I see the troll threads and the scarlet letters next to the Aggy faithful in threads showing up to troll LSU. It looks the Aggie's Stockholm Syndrome has been fully rooted. But here's the question- Why not give in and love the one's who have dominated you totally like LSU has? Is Bama easier to love?

Bama has replaced Texas as a father figure for A&M's program. They are so used to having a Big Brother throughout their history that owns them that they don't know what to do without one. It's a psychological thing that the collective fanbase suffers from.

Because Alabama is basically the SEC as far as the country is concerned, and we appreciate the SEC for giving us a port in the Big 12 storm.

I think the Aggies are somewhat lost without their big brother Texas looming over them every moment. It is not uncommon for a girl that was abused by her father to marry an abusive husband because that is a comfortable environment for them and even though it is unhealthy it is all they know. They are wanting us to bitch slap them so they can feel normal again.
