Why do you think Alabama plays so well and is so hyped up against LSU?

Is it because Nick has it ingrained in their heads that this is a must win game to win the West and play for a title?

Bama plays their arse off in this game always, has a little bit more intensity.

Why do you think Alabama plays so well and is so hyped against Tennessee and Arkansas? Saban has never lost to either of those two teams since he's been in Tuscaloosa.

I'm not sure Alabama is any more hyped up for LSU than any other big SEC match up. Alabama fields a pretty strong team and the last few years LSU has looked soft on the lines making it appear that Bama is all jacked up for LSU, when in reality they are just doing their jobs.

Alabama leads the series 51-25-5. Maybe LSU should just play harder.

I don't know, Bama looks fricking jacked when our game arrives.

They look different out there to me.

LSU puts way more stake into that game than Bama. Maybe they should take a different approach. I don't know, I'm pretty sure they both try as hard as they can.

Sounds like the Texas Tigers on LSU when they play Aggy. Just not as gay.

Google REC and refs and you will have your Magic 8 ball answer.

Not sure I agree with this Terry, Alabama puts a ton of stake in this one as evidenced by the play on the field.

I would google 1/09/12 for a better, more complete answer of the question.

There is also a case that we might be psyched out by this game a little.

Players know the LSU fans feelings for this game, kids have a lot of pressure to win this one.

Do the fans make the LSU season a ONE GAME season? Shouldn't be that way but you get a feeling that it is that way.
