you know this thread reminds me- i saw someone without teeth the other day that legitimately looked better than they did with teeth due to their horrible look (i guess he's getting falsies, he creeps me out so i try not to have too much discussion with him).

The contract's buyout terms are extremely friendly to Bielema, who would be owed $15.4 million if he's fired any time before 2018

Bert just doesn't care what anyone thinks. He isn't worried about it and has a plan. Slight detour this year with injuries and some bad luck but generally on track.
He doesn't give a shite what anyone thinks, says what's on his mind (same stuff that is on most our minds) and in turn I think that is worthy of respect. No sucking the media's arse. Bert doing it his way. Right or wrong he isn't going to veer off the course he has chosen.
I respect this guy more and more each week.
