Generally, if you start a thread, station yourself and hover over it as the OP, respond to virtually everything, make up a significant portion of the responses in your own thread... it doesn't reflect well.

He is lacking in the self awareness department. Very MS2 like in execution.

I respond to everyone (if possible). Just being kind.

What doesn't look good is a fanbase, known for being needy, floods it with five or six posters who regularly keep it going for 12 pages claiming they don't care when the opposite is obvious.

You started a thread about Mizzou fans.
Made numerous posts ITT solely about the fans' attitude and their need for validation. Then ask for football talk? That's a special kind of stupid.

If you want to talk football, start a thread about football. If you wanna teenage angst bitch thread, keep responding here. I'm all down for teenage angst bitching. I've got a teenager.

It's about the Missouri Tigers football program's fanbase and their team's accomplishments...

That's, uh, about as football as you can get, idiot.

Its a shame that you only now came out of hiding on the OT to enlighten tRant with your football acumen.

I wonder why the change of heart after two years of seclusion?

Someone has to put Mizzou in their place for once -- and obviously Kentucky wasn't up to the chall--...oh wait.

It sounds like it's about the fans and their attitudes. But that's probably cuz I read English for comprehension. Your mileage may vary.

So its because Florida hasnt been able to put Mizzou in its place the last couple of years.

Appreciate your honesty.

So, you take the Title without the actual post at all?

It clearly states why do Missouri fans need so much validation when their football team has done nothing to earn it?

You can't be this stupid.

Oh, trust me, this will be a fun game Saturday.

I've already prefaced a few times that Mizzou could win, even in the OP, but if we lose I'll still get lashin's.

We'll try our best to do it this year.

Last night I was watching MNF with the missus. They mentioned the 'nickel corner' coming in the game, my wife kind of chuckled and said "what's a nickel corner?" So I explained to her that the nickel formation drops the standard 7 in the box to 6, and adds a DB. A 4-2-5, as opposed to a 3-4 or 4-3, often used on 3rd-and-moderate passing situations. The "nickel corner" would be that fifth defensive back, the extra cornerback who comes in in that scenario in replacement of the linebacker.

What I'm saying is, my wife now knows more about football than you.

First of all, how dare you betray me after our recent ceasefire.

Second of all, stop making fun of me.
