Why do LSU fans keep referring to this years basketball team as bipolar?

I keep seeing LSU fans say that people should not be surprised if they beat Arkansas, because that is just how this year has gone.
I am looking at the LSU schedule right now...is it because they beat West Virginia in December? I am not seeing this part where LSU beat good teams.

LSU is known to play well on the road wins at WVU, Ole Miss, Florida (win by 20), Vandy, Tennessee, etc....I doubt LSU wins, but it's certainly possible, yes

Good point. Ole Miss & Geogia's RPIs are inflated as hell cause they lost games to pretty good teams. Other than West Virginia, LSU hasn't beaten a truly impressive team. The only 2 teams in the SEC I'd consider impressive are UK and Arky.
ETA: Florida, Vandy, and Tennessee are poor/borderline terrible teams. Yes, they are road wins; but people are talking about these wins as if we beat UK.

LSU also beat Fl. twice...Arky lost to Fl.
LSU also lost to Ky. by 2 pts....Arky lost to Ky. by 17 pts. (wasn't nearly that close).

I think it could happen. But the only team to beat us at home all year shot 80% in the first half. If Lsu can do that it will be a close game.
It's a midday sellout on Senior Day though. Place is gonna be nuts.
