Pretty stiff considering the only really bad thing in there happened six years ago. Saved room for another scholly or two loss if anything comes of the Tunsil draft night crap.

Because there was no real wrong doing by members of the staff other than very minor violations. Let's get real... This is all a bunch of nothing. Most of this stuff shouldn't be against the rules in the first place.
