Why would Bama want Chip Kelly or anyone else who runs that kind of tempo? I'm all for some spread and RPO mixed in, but none of the full in spread offensives have fielded a strong defense. Not even Malzahn with Muschamp.

They will get into shooting matches and we saw how that went in the NCG. In addition to great players, Bama is aided by their pro style offensive system. What was the standard is now seldom seen. I don't think it'll fade out like the triple option because it's still successful in the pros.

Bama isn't a pro style offense anymore.

Saban reads the Tiger Rant. He wants to see heads explode.

On the radio just now someone brought up the fact that Rick N. and also the Stanford OC has history with Alabama. I like Stanford offense or at least what I know they used to run.

To get a year or two experience in the South until the Florida job opens up and Florida becomes Florida again?

Malzahn doesn't run a full in spread offense. Nothing close in tempo and plays to what Chip Kelly does.

This year with Kevin Steele Auburn was #28 in total defense and #7 in scoring defense

Clemson was top 10 in scoring defense and total defense

Clearly superior defensive coaches to saban

Losing in the last second with a largely inept offense. What point are you trying to make?

Well no. That would literally never happen

Saban made a 330 pound professional defensive tackle cry. A grown man that played football for a living and was 3x Saban's size, crying like a little bitch.

I bet he could make Orgeron cry too
