Why can't Saban keep a consistent coaching staff?

Yes, some of his offensive coordinators get promoted, but some also leave and make lateral moves (i.e. Nussmeier to Michigan, Sark to NFL).
Is Saban really that difficult to work for? Seems like he likes to burn bridges and doesn't care, he just wants to win.
I guess add coaches to the word PROCESSED.

Then why'd you waste your time posting in it?

Probably depends on the personality of the people working for him, don't you think? Burns and Williams have been with him for years. Pruitt came back to work with him after a previous stint, as Lance Thompson has done before. This is a bad thread
Why can't Florida field a competent offense?

I don't like Saban that much but I respect him.
This is a stupid question. Why can't Coach K keep a consistent coaching staff?
Maybe it's because he has 6 former assistants now coaching and leading major programs.

Sark as an OC with a Super Bowl team isn't a lateral move from the same position at Bama.
And I'm guessing it's a combination of staff being cherry-picked because they've worked with a successful college football program and guys who are ready to move on. Hell, he kept Kirby for quite some time.

Alabama is apparently an NFL team as you guys weren't convinced you could beat Cleveland. (but you couldn't even beat Clemson).
So yes, lateral move behind crimson colored glasses.

Sarkisian just took arguably the best offensive coaching job in all the sport of football, probably 2nd behind being the OC in New England and working with Brady.

Don't try to backpedal from your absurd take by throwing that kind of logic out there.

Yet so many coaches have worked multiple stints with him.

No we weren't, I don't know a single Alabama fan that ever thought this...so nice try. That's the media playing that one up. You're seriously ForeverStupid.

Idk why it matters. he whips asses every year.

Saban isn't the easiest man to work for. He expects his assistants to work long hours in the office and on the recruiting trail. If they falter or slip up he gets pissed because the man expects perfection. A lot of people can't take that from a boss. Some can. Take Kirby Smart. He stayed with Saban from 2007-2015 and left only because his alma mater's head coaching job came open. Burton Burns has been there since the beginning as has Bobby Williams.
Coordinators come and go because they are launching pads to head coaching jobs elsewhere. And if you think going from the OC of Alabama to the OC of the Atlanta Falcons is a lateral move then you are on crack.

A lot of Bama coaches get promotions. That is why coaches are lining up for Secondary staff positions at Bama.
