Why are you guys openly supporting Clemson?

These logo changes and I want Clemson to win type thread are fascinating to me. Wouldn't you call that bandwagonism? Clemson ain't that cute little university that chits itself when in the spot light anymore. Ask a real Tennessee recruiting fans what Clemson is doing in their backyard. My LSU brethren like to think it's a imaginary fence that surrounds the state...and what Saban is doing is a fad, let Dabo get a NC.. Pfft you really think he won't be making more frequent trip to Louisiana flashing his ring...Tell recruits to play in the Real Death Valley, Clemson puts a ton players in the NFL...like Bama and LSU. You guys really are rooted for Clemson huh...which they openly admit to playing with each other junk?...and finger blasted another player on live TV.

there are many, many, many people that hate Alabama. you obviously underestimate that. me, I've been pulling for whoever plays Alabama since the mid 60's. my favorite hate bama time was when, for once, y'all got sanctioned by the NCAA and proceeded to go thru coaches like popcorn. my favorite was mike price and the stripper incident. it was glorious.
but you asked why. the #1 reason is your damn non alum fans. they are more obnoxious than dallas cowboy fans. I loathe them. strangely enough, your alum are pretty good fans. yes, they are cocky right now but I understand why. but the average toothless, barely made it thru highschool, bigot that follows your team is reason enough to hate them. sure, there are other minor reasons. you have crushed our team too many times. but i'm definitely not jealous as I would never be a bama fan. I would rather lose as an LSU fan.

I didn't imply they should, just calling out the hypocrisy of some of these bandwagon fans. Well my team can't beat them so I'm gonna root and (some) change their logo supporting a university they never attended or have affiliation with. Aleast we buy T-shirt.... "tongue in cheek"

What Saban is doing IS a fad and Alabama is just lucky to reap the benefits. He'd do the same at 10 other SEC schools. Was already building the same type of thing at LSU. Alabama isn't special. Just lucky to have Saban

Saban wasn't building the same at LSU. Hell, there was talk by some of your fan base that y'all wanted him gone from LSU. Y'all were pissed and frustrated with him and his attitude and wanted him out of there when he took the NFL job.

Never have pulled for Bama, never will. Would not matter who they were playing, I want Bama to lose.
However, when Bama wins, it will also not impact my life, but tonight, I pull for Clemson.
