Who's got more pressure on them in 2016?

Smart or Muschamp? Edit: I guess I should add Odom at Mizzou too.

Neither but if I had to pick one it will be muschamp.

I get where you're coming from, and that's why I didn't say "Hot seat". But there's always pressure when you're paying folks millions of $$$ to do a job...

Smart because L's to UT and UF keeps everyone antsy in Athens.

Smart definitely has "win now" type expectations.

Smart - he doesn't need to win 10 games, but a 7-5/8-4 type season would not be comfortable.
Muschamp has no expectations nationally. If he goes 4-8 nobody bats an eye. If he goes 6-6 people think he did a solid job. If he goes 7-5/8-4 he did a great job.

I would say Muschamp.
USCe fans are proud of their team and last years loss to the Citadel was a bitter pill to swallow. That added to the fact that he's already ruffled a lot of feathers there by acting like... well like himself... Muschamp is under the gun already at USCe. He'll be back next season unless something horrible happens, but the pressure is there from the get go.

Agreed this seems like a very obvious answer.

Eric,
I think the counter point might be Muschamp doesn't have the luxury of recruiting based on the NAME of USC like Smart does at UGA. Muschamp has to win, and win early to keep the momentum of a new coaching staff going...

I definitely say smart. Noone outside of South Carolina expects Muschamp to win.

Smart. Realistic SC fans are not expecting much. I think hitting 6 wins would be the ceiling.

Smart. In a couple years they need to be going to Sugar Bowls.
Muschamp will have some time to build and Odom will win a nobel prize if he can sort out that circus tent at Mizzou.

Sumlin has more pressure than anyone.

Is he a first year head coach?
He kinda coaches like it...

i'd go with him too. one other thing is he sucked at his last head coach job so he's going to have to prove he's better than that and that he's more than a hot headed defensive coordinator.

Muschamp just needs to recruit well and improve a game or two this season.
If Smart struggles people will start talking.

It'll definitely be fun to see them play each other.

So no votes for Odom?
I guess there's no where to go but up for Mizzou??

Odom should not be on the hot seat if he keeps the D at the level they are at now. He will get 2-3 years to get an OLine established, WR's, a running game, etc
