Is "red-flagged" a good term or a bad term?

It sounds like he made too big of a jump and they flagged it.

Buddy of mine made a 17 on his first ACT and a 34 on the next. He openly admitted to his close friends to cheating off of the smart kid sitting to his right.
Some asshat turned him in and he had to retake the thing again.

If your score increases too much they flag it and make you do it 1 more time.
Let's say you got a 15 first time then 25 second time, they flag it so you have to retake. Then the 3rd time you get an 18 they might flag it again because they realize you cheated the second time even though you maybe hada passing score the third time. If you follow up that 25 with another 25 then they probably pass it through.

I am not calling BS because there is no reason for you to make this up, but I can not fathom how a student who scores 16 can make it through college, even colleges that are known to have academic requirements that are easy. (Unless he is learning disabled and has some sort of special dispensation).

our last special kid "cordarell patterson" did fine.
