Now that the deal is basically done what's the thought on his staff?

Peyton as OC?
Al Wilson as DC?
Warren Sapp as DEA liaison?

He'd be a fool to leave the booth.

Every time Tennessee is looking for a coach Gruden's name comes up and they never get him. He's got too good of a job with the NFL to leave to take over a program that's in the dumps.

I think his month of experience under the tutelage of Gus Malzahn really seals the deal. Can't put a price on that sort of stuff.

You should change your username to "Fear The Gruden" and join VOLS after he is announced.

Hope on board while there is still room, friend.

If Tennessee was going to get Gruden, why didn't they get him 4 years ago when we hadn't been out of coaching as long and he TV salary was lower?

OC/QB/AHC - Jim Bob Cooter
DC - Raheem Morris
ST - Rich Bisaccia
HS liaison - Vic Grider or George Quarles
Unnamed advisory role - PFM

That's a rough draft of King Jon's staff atm, George.

Has GRUDEN reached out to your father in law for a position on staff?
