Who will challenge TAMU for best facilities in 2015 and beyond?

The news dropped yesterday that A&M's Bright Complex will receive a $16M overhaul.. New locker room, meeting rooms, offices, revamped theatre room, more tubs and shite--basically everything besides Bama's stupid waterfall.
This got me thinking. A&M is about to runaway with the arms race.
We just finished renovating Bright's lobby last year for a cool $4M. It's spectacular.
Before that a new, state of the art dining hall was added to the complex. Sterling.
Just before that we finished construction on a new weightroom, which is rivaled only by Bama's.
And for the coupe de grace, the finest collegiate football venue in the country will be complete in August 2015.
It seems obvious that once you mix these projects together, A&M's facilities will represent the country's gold standard starting next year.
Who will match?

Compared to the $450M we're dropping on the stadium, you're certainly right.
This is merely a touch-up to Bright. A lot of it is cosmetic-related.

Where is the Crystal football???I thought with all that other bullshite on the walls and staircases you guys would at least have a replica of Alabama's or LSU's or even Texas.

Factor in the Lohman Lobby, RC Slocum Nutrition Hall, and Player Development Center--all of which are structural additions to Bright-- you're well over that for A&M's main football complex.

A&M will still be little brother in their own state. When you have to brag about how you have the best facilities means you don't have the best facilities
