Was it a midget? If so it just a guy that Saban takes with him to make himself look taller. It is a strategy similar to average looking girls surrounding themselves with girls less attractive than they are in an effort for them to appear to be more attractive than they are.

I didnt watch the show. Saw a clip on sportscenter this am. Had the two together. Without numbers on the back and front its hard to tell some of these guys.

Carson actually may have been sitting on Saban's left, but I think he's asking about the guy on his right that kept getting up and shaking everyone's hands with Saban.
My guess is it was either Saban's son, or someone in the football program. He wasn't a player.
