Who was better college QB Dak or Tebow?

Ignoring the surperior defenses and offensive weapons Tebow had, who do y'all think was better and more feared by oposing defenses? I've got two friends that disagree with me; I figured y'all could give your opinion after seeing them both play.

Disagree. Dak was basically a one man show and Tebow's UF teams were loaded with future NFL Pro-Bowlers.

Dak. Put him on those Florida teams and he accomplishes the same if not more. Plus his all around mechanics are much more polished.

Tebow... That said, I think they'd be a lot closer if Dak had the same talent around him that Tebow did.

It's not a troll. I just wanted to ask an unbiased question, I said tebow was much better and those 06-07 lsu defenses feared him the same way the 08 bama defense did. And teams didn't fear Dak like they did Tebow. You had to play nearly perfect game to beat Tebow.

I think you are right...however, with the talent that Dak had during his senior year, Tebow would have looked less than ordinary.

I mean -- I didn't watch a lot of Miss State but I did watch a lot of Tebow and while his athletic talent was definitely remarkable, what really made Tebow special were his passion and intangibles. McElwain consistently talks about he knows his QB is the one when he starts to make everyone else around him play better -- that was Tebow. His charisma and personality had just as much a part of his success and fame as did his athletic talent.
That being said, it's Tebow. Dak is a unique and very talented player; but Tebow's athletic ability coupled with his personality made him a special-type player that doesn't come around very often.

Tebow was not only one of the best college QB's I've ever seen, but also one of the best college football players. Some let his pro career cloud their judgment, but he was the most feared player on the field.
