I believe Florida has the edge mostly just because it's at home. Otherwise, the teams are so solid and so evenly matched, it's tough to know who will take it. Florida just needs to avoid stupid errors in this one and they should win, but who knows. It'll be a great series regardless, two college world series bound teams going at it.

If we hit like we did vs Auburn and pitch like we did vs LSU then I think we sweep. If its the opposite then I think we get swept.

Should be a good one. I don't really have a good prediction or feel on this one. I think UF is the most talented team in baseball. This goes a long, long way for A&M's resume and confidence (not sure its lacking at this point) if the Ags can take 2/3.

Most likely florida takes 2 of 3. I don't think anybody gets swept.

Unless the NCAA tournament committee is cruel and puts two SEC teams in the Super Regionals, then I think it's safe to say Florida, Texas A&M, and South Carolina should make it to Omaha. Based on what has been shown so far at least... long way to go though.

Let's examine. In the last five years, the following SEC schools have all been in the same super regional bracket:

2015: Florida/Auburn

2014: Texas A&M/LSU, Alabama/Kentucky, Ole Miss/Mississippi State, South Carolina/Arkansas

2013: Texas A&M/Arkansas, Alabama/Florida

2012: Florida/Vanderbilt (Texas A&M and Ole Miss were in the same regional, but A&M was Big 12)

2011: None

Even if we don't get paired, crazy things happen in baseball. A 4 seed with an ace that is on can knock off a 1 seed.

I really meant between A&M, South Carolina, and Florida. Odds of those teams being in the same Super Regional are slim. Now a lowly SEC team that barely makes the tournament is a different story.

I believe whichever team wins the first game, that's the team that will take the series. More than likely UF given they are at home.

Florida takes games 1 and 2, we avoid the sweep in the 3rd game is my prediction.

I would take 1 game and be happy, but A&M is good enough to win the series. Should be a fun one as long as weather doesn't get in the way

Game 2 is the one you are shooting for if avoiding the sweep is the goal.

Saturday's starter has been hot and cold and mostly cold.

If we win game 2 we will win the series is my thought. I dont see us taking game 1 so the winner of game 2 will win the series. neither team will be swept.

Yep, after hearing how great this Florida team is, I watched some of the Florida Kentucky series on my iphone when I had some dead time . Florida isn't exactly playing well right now. They squeaked past FSU on Tuesday, also. After hearing how great Alabama baseball was doing, I watched Alabama v Auburn last night. Auburn put a hurtin on them. So much for hearing how great teams are. I think ATM will take advantage and take the series.

We choked against UK in game 3. We've beaten FSU twice this year. 6-0 at home and 3-2 at a neutral field.

I think we have a top 5 RPI so far.

Florida is doing fine with one bad loss out of 3 total losses.
