All depends on the penalty. I dont think Ole Miss will be in a position to be picky, and will just have to see who will be interested.
I'd flip all off, and go with Briles if nothing is left to worry about popping up. He is one heck of a coach, and can put a system in that will get the best out of the players Ole Miss will have to get. He'll come into TX, and get some solid 3*s that get over looked. His offense would annoy the SEC. Ha.

They can give him a show cause so that any institution that hires him gets penalized but they can't restrict who hires him. It's a free market.
If he gets a show cause I imagine he will go to the JUCO ranks until it expires as the NJCAA is a separate governing body.

I heard from two seperate sources that an escort service was used in Tampa on a recruiting visit. Same phone records place Freeze and co there at the time. This honestly deserves it's own thread, but people will poopoo it. I have substantial text strings from people outside of Mississippi that confirm these allegations.
