Brandon Allen has the most experience of any quarterback in the league. He may not have a huge arm, and he may be undersized, but there is no substitute for experience at the quarterback position. I expect he will be 2nd team All-SEC by the end of the season.

So who is the starting quarterback for your team, and what do you expect out of them this year?

Kyle Allen will probably be 2nd team due to the offense.

Jake Coopernett. He is a Heisman candidate.

It would appear so.

Maty Mauk. I expect him to improve his decision-making which hurt us more, at times, than anything else last year. He will be forced to elevate his game due to pressure from the future best quarterback in Mizzou history (certainly since Chase Daniel), Drew Lock.

How likely is Jennings to start? Seems like Les normally goes with the older guy when there's a qb battle.

Stoops wants a QB competition, but it will be Patrick Towles.

He can be hard to prepare for because he's so unpredictable. I hate playing against quarterbacks who can just take off on foot and pick up a 3rd and 20.

The last two SECC QBs were first year starters.
