And that means what exactly? You can only face who you are scheduled to face. Wins and losses are all that matter in the end. You are either a winner, quarterback A, or you aren't...quarterback B.

I don't think there's any glaring difference in the quality of pass defenses faced. QB A faced more top 50 pass defenses, but QB A faced more top 30 pass defenses.
edit: QB B did face a really terrible non-FBS opponent, so that's a noteworthy advantage.
edit2: also noteworthy is that this is pass defense, not pass efficiency defense
