Ridley and Chubb are good choices, but Minkah Fitzpatrick, and I don't think it's close. 13 SEC teams will be happy to see him in the NFL.

32 tackles, 1 sack, 1 int, and 1 FF

Am I missing something?

He plays for Bama, so he's obviously the best.

If Drew Lock had a decent team around him he would run away with this.

Minkah is good for a 19th year senior, but you have to understand a Gump will never answer a question like this with someone not on Bama's team. Ever.

Guice, Chubb,

How are you going to mention them and not Damien Harris? He's averaging 9.2 YPC compared to Chubb's 6.4. I know he isn't healthy but DG has done nothing to be considered the best.

Shea Patterson is 10x the QB that Lock is.

Best RB in SEC about to be debated on SEC Now after commercial break.

Edit: My bad. It was a discussion of who has the best best stable of RBs, Georgia or Bama.

I'd give it to someone on either line for Bama before I gave it to your skills or backfields. Everyone is running great behind that OL, and Hurts actually looks like a decent passer. And your DL presses every pass, making your traditionally average DB look good.

When Guice is healthy he is one of the most violent, elusive backs I've ever seen in the SEC. Harris is damn good but I think Guice is more talented. Harris is definitely having the best season though. That's just my humble opinion.

Agree to disagree. 100% healthy Guice is the best back in the SEC.

He would be 3rd at best on Bama and 4th at best on Georgia. Not even debatable.

I thought Dereck Barnett was the best player in the SEC last year
