Who initially proclaimed that Bama beats themselves? What's its origin?

Did the 9-6 game popularize it? I think that's where it came from or least became a running joke.

This. 45+ yard field goals also apparently became chip shots that are never normally missed in college

Also, 56 yards more offense with 28 seconds LESS time of possession became known as a completely dominating performance that was lost because of bad luck

Yes. What happened later proved the point.

Nah this narrative has died so the board can troll LSU about losing to UF even though LSU had 150 more offensive yards.

To be honest, I think Saban said something to that effect, and then the fans started using it as an excuse. I might be getting that mixed up with when he blamed the fans after the 2008 Sugar Bowl loss though

Your fans after every loss for the past 9 years. I have heard it uttered every single time. That and blaming the officials. bammer is undefeated for 9 straight years.

Not just for 9 straight years....try 40 years at least that I have known bammers. They either have run out of time, officiating is bad, turned the ball over (they are the only team that seems to do this), And last but not least, Every other team's fans are crybabies and whiners when Bama beats them.
This is the truth.

Your threads haven't gotten any better....

You knew the local retards would use this thread to bash Bama fans. They don't need your help slick.

I have read many team forums and none even come close. No disrespect meant either because you have your share of well educated and classy posters but the William Taylor's and Germantown's out number the good ones like you.

Brother, nobody talks shite like LSU fans do. Before our game this year there will be a week's worth of threads telling everybody how "scared" we are of LSU just like last year. You guys hammer us with southern stereotypes even though you are just as southern. Maybe it's just culture in your state but it's pretty bad. Now I will probably list good things about you guys in the next thread.

tidefans is worse

Bama fans terribleness is known across the country. I've heard it discussed on sports radio in multiple cities, in fact. Including Minneapolis, actually.
