It's not like there's a definite answer, but recruits always gush over the "family atmosphere" LSU has; also our democracy and voting rights

At A&M, we love each other more than anybody. We prove our love in deed, not just in word.

Auburn's entire recruiting pitch is centered around the fambly... So there's your answer.
Auburn men and women are better than everyone else because they are a family and are the only people in America that love their University AND their football team.

If you consider a cult to be a huge family then you have a clear answer.

That's because, unlike Alabama, we actually graduated from our university.

You understand that Alabama has a larger alumni base than Auburn, right?

5 down votes, eh?
I knew this thread would be met with great jealousy because Gary Pinkel is purveyor of fine young men and core values, but it's something this board really needed. A little direction in a dark time. I'll fall on the sword for all of you.

I never hear any of our commits talk about family.
They talk about liking the coaches, liking the facilities, liking the school / city, the coaches being honest about playing time (as Spurrier's philosophy has always been about putting the best in, regardless of seniority), and just feeling comfortable with the program.
