Florida, maybe by far, even though that last coaching hire was not handled perfectly.

the average person doesn't have a clue how other ADs operate.

Please tell me you don't have a degree from LSU.
Please.

UF as of a couple years ago far and away, but their fans seem to hate their AD now.
LSU is doing pretty damn well in the major sports and the smaller ones like golf, gymnastics, softball, track.
Probably LSU now, UF for the last 10 years.

How in the heck are we suppose to measure that?

Which AD's are making money and which one's are operating in the red?

UF gets a lot of cred from the past, but not sure they are the best now.
Im thinking the SEC is in transition now -- another year or so will reveal which ADs are the most forward thinking and it may be a surprise which ones excel. Bigger isn't always better.
Foley is living off the past a bit. His time may be past. Bball and Fball hires are huge for his legacy.
Next couple of years will be interesting in the SEC

Even that is hard to measure. Bama and Florida made the most money but also had3.91% subsidy and 3.46% subsidy. LSU was third and 3rd and the only SEC to have a 0.00% subsidy. LINK

Used to be Florida before the WOAT hires Will Muschamp and Jim McElwain. Now? Probably Auburn.
