It's the dumbest punishment the NCAA has ever handed out. I would rather see scholarship reductions or even forfeits before vacation of games.

According to the NCAA half of my college experience, as far as football is concerned, never happened.

Vacates should all be forfeits. Never liked that change.

LOL at Arkansas playing in the little leagues for 70% of that timeline before running up 9 losing seasons in the SEC.

The SWC fared better against the SEC then every conference, except the Big 12 and Big East.

SEC vs Other Conferences

The SEC only won 58% of it's games against the SWC, compared to 59% for the B1G and 64% for the Pac-12.

Mizzou had 13 straight losing seasons from 1984-1996, the Dark Ages of Mizzou football. What most do not seem to understand that this is the anomaly in Mizzou football history. That decade plus is why Mizzou is always looked over, it is hard to beat the preconceived notion that Mizzou always had and always will suck. What should worry Tennessee fans is that 1 they are in their own Dark Age and there is no guarantee it is over. Secondly there is no reason to think Mizzou will shrink back into that hole anytime soon.

I think everyone understands that.

Now do a list with number of seasons with 8 losses or more.

Mostly what I get from that is that the Big East was a monster and yet still fell apart.

9 of Arkansas' 15 losing season have come since joining the SEC for the '92 football season

SWC must have been nice.

You're finally starting to get it.

Arkansas, congrats on sucking less in the SWC

You have yet to win a SEC title in 23 years in the league. Maybe you will get there soon.

But hey, Super Bowls >> SEC titles amirite?

Mostly due to a small sample size and Kentucky losing to Louisville. Every SEC team lost at least one game to a Big East team, except for A&M, who never played one as a SEC member. Ironically, Florida has the 2nd most losses, but most came against Miami.

What was it that Jameis jumped up on the table and shouted? I cant quite put my finger on it but i feel like it would be appropriate here ;)
