Who else is excited to hear Brad Nessler call the plays on CBS this year?

Not gonna lie, I enjoyed Verne with Todd Blackledge back in the early '00s. I feel like Brad is going to humble Gary a bit this year.

i was watching luke del rio lowlights against arkansas last year and forgot he called that game. forgot about this play.

I'd be more excited if the CBS games didn't last 4 1/2 hours.

At first it would annoy me when he would do that, I would think to myself "his only real job is to get the names right", then after a while it was funny. We all knew it was coming and we would wager and play drinking games about it.

They both are and worked together for ABC (?) about 20 years ago, so they should be comfortable with each other.

Nessler's the best in the biz. Professional through and through. One of the only ones in this day and age that truly gets that it's not about him, it's about the game.
